Armen is a company with a mission, whose funds invest in and support the growth of European alternative investment companies through transactions known as GP Stakes.

Since its creation, like the famous Breton lighthouse from which it takes its name, Armen aims to guide its portfolio companies through turbulent waters, helping them to weather the storms and helping them to define or stay on course for growth.

Armen was founded by Dominique Gaillard, Laurent Bénard and Renaud Tourmente, three private equity professionals with complementary backgrounds who share the same values and a common vision of the sector. They are convinced that the value of a management company lies in its independence, and that its development must be sustainable and responsible, with a long-term vision of transmission, diversified growth drivers, a robust operational structure and a strong brand.
